  • We represent you and NOT the seller. Our interest lies solely with you. We work hard to make sure that you are getting what you need and want in a house. We are negotiating on your behalf to ensure you get the deal you feel best about…and, in this market, get the deal period. We write offers every day, look at inspection reports every day, talk to lenders every day, review appraisals every day. We are well-versed in the entire home-buying process and we are always here to hold our clients’ hands throughout the entire transaction. From meeting for the first time to seeing homes for the first time to the closing table where we hand you your keys. You are our priority and we work tirelessly to make buying a home as seamless and stress-free as possible.
  • We have access to off-market opportunities. Most Realtors are great at building relationships, especially with their clients. But their also great at building relationships with other Realtors. Those bonds between real estate agents come back to benefit our clients. We are constantly interacting with our peers and finding out what great listings they have coming on the market. If other agents happen to have listings that may be a fit for our clients, then we often have the chance to get in before anybody else does. Wouldn’t it be great to find a house before everybody else does?
  • We have lockbox keys. Not to state the complete obvious here, but we have the magical mystery eKey that unlocks those fancy blue bulky lockboxes you see on your neighbors’ front door. We also have access to the multiple listing service. Our FMLS is where Zillow pulls its information and, surprise, Zillow isn’t always up-to-date. (A don’t even get me started on “Zestimates”. They’re not called “Zactiments”, people!)
  • Another item to note is that buyers (99% of the time) do not pay their agent. It is customary for the seller to pay the commission and the seller’s agent splits that with the buyer’s agent. Some may believe that they can skip out on using a buyer’s agent and use the buyer’s agent’s portion of the commission to negotiate on price. Guess what? Not how it works. That commission is decided between the seller and their agent before the listing ever hits the market. That is a number that a buyer cannot negotiate. The seller is paying that commission and it’s either being split between two agents or one is keeping it all. So, why wouldn’t you hire somebody to exclusively represent you that you don’t have to pay?
