Socially Distant Things to Do in Roswell

Have you been bored in the house and in the house bored from quarantine? Looking for fun activities this summer? Look no further than Roswell, Georgia!

As a resident of Roswell, there is no shortage of exciting new restaurants, shops, and outdoor adventures to try out on a weekend whim! Here are a few of my favorite spots to help get you and your family out of the house this summer!

Gate City Brewing Company:
The Gate City Brewing Company Taproom is up and running! This local brewery is a great spot to try new beers or hard seltzer’s! They also host monthly BYOM (bring your own mat) Yoga sessions. Located just off Canton Street, this downtown brewery is a fantastic stop!

The Fickle Pickle:
For a great lunch spot, try The Fickle Pickle! They serve “dill-icious” fried pickles that are unbeatable. Take the time to sit on the patio and enjoy the afternoon with a glass of sweet tea and their amazing deli options that will have your mouth watering!

Roux on Canton:
Located in the heart of Downtown Historic Roswell, this laid-back southern bar serves all your comfort food favorites. With rotating craft beers, it’s perfect for any season. Spend an afternoon on their patio to try some of their amazing food options!

Chattahoochee Nature Preserve:
Need a place to take the kids that can also serve as education? Try Chattahoochee Nature Preserve’s Butterfly Encounter this summer! Check out the thousands of butterflies they house this summer.
