Holiday Lights in The City

The Holiday Season is quickly approaching! Holidays to me, mean quality time with family, great food, cozy nights by the fire, and Christmas lights! Looking at lights is a great way for the family to get out of the house and spend time together, and Atlanta has some spectacular light displays. Check out one (or all three) of my favorites!

Atlanta Botanical Gardens Lights, Holiday Nights

With over a million lights, this is a MUST SEE! The 30 acre park is covered with light displays that are more like works of art. They do a wonderful job of incorporating the landscape with the lights. It is truly something you do not want to miss! The exhibit runs from November 16, 2019 – January 11, 2020.

Centennial Olympic Park Holiday in Lights

This is an Atlanta staple in the heart of the city. The park is free to enter, and there is so much to see, including a giant Christmas Tree and an Ice Skating rink! The park adds and changes things every year so even if you have done this before, chances are, there is something new to see!

Holiday Lights at Atlantic Station

Atlantic Station brings Christmas to the city in a big way! There is a 50 foot tree along with an ice skating rink, a German Christmas Market, Santa’s Cottage, and so much more! Best of all, they have snowfall Thursday- Saturday from 6-9 PM. Walking around Atlantic Station is free, and there are many restaurants and shops to walk around and enjoy!
