D.B.A. Barbecue in Virginia Highlands is also very good. They have a monthly sauce-making class and they char corn on the cob and make creamed corm that is out of this world! And their barbecue is pretty darn good too. 1190 N. Highland Ave.; 404-249-5000
The Greater Good at 4441 Roswell Rd NE near Wieuca has delish brisket and the ribs are finger lickin’ good. 404-303-8525
