The week started early for Andy and Lesley as they attended MAPS coaching skills camp. In 2015, at Gary Keller’s request, Lesley and Andy became real estate coaches for Keller Williams MAPS. So, now, they not only share their real estate knowledge and experience with our team, they also coach fellow real estate agents across the country on a weekly basis. While at MAPS training, Lesley and Andy learned that their beloved coaching and training leaders, Dianna Kokoszka and Tony Di’Cello, were named Top 25 Best Real Estate Coaches in the Business. Spending two days with Dianna and Tony, who are also married, was inspirational for The Peters!
The remainder of the week provided endless learning opportunities for all. There were literally classes from 7:30-6:00 every day! On the first full day, Andy was in the SPOTLIGHT as he discussed “Turning on Your Buyer Funnel with Great Questions!” A crowd packed the house even for a 7:30 am class on a Sunday morning in New Orleans. What an honor it was to have our very own on stage!
While there was little time for bar hopping on Bourbon, there was time for us to attend the Southeast Region’s Awards Banquet on the last evening to snag the award for #1 Residential Real Estate Group in the entire State of Georgia! We were so proud!
Someone asked this week, “So how did you get to #1 in Georgia?” That’s easy! Our service! We’re #1 because we treat every client like they are our #1. This business isn’t about selling, it’s about serving. And, when you do that at a high level, the business just keeps coming. So, thank you for making us #1!
